Select the Dolly Zoom preset if the UI offers it alongside the prompt; the named move in text plus the preset is belt and braces.
Platform notes
Higgsfield's whole dialect is its camera-move presets, so the move is named FIRST, in the platform's own words ('Dolly Zoom'), before any scene description — the preset name is effectively an instruction, not a description.
The subject is deliberately frozen ('he does not move at all'). A dolly zoom reads through background warp; if the subject also performs, the effect turns to mud.
Enhance: this is a five-second effect. Stretching it just gives the warp more time to wobble — generate short and let the edit hold the last frame if you need length.

Dolly Zoom: the camera pushes in on a young boxer's face in a gritty gym while the background stretches away behind him. Sweat on his skin, a focused unblinking stare, a heavy bag swinging out of focus in the distance. He does not move at all — only the world warps around him. Tense, cinematic, shallow depth of field.
