If the pour stream renders as a solid glass rod, regenerate with 'thin, beaded stream of coffee' — beading reads as liquid even when frozen.
Platform notes
'Time stays frozen for the whole clip; only the camera moves' is said explicitly because bullet-time generations love to unfreeze halfway — the second half becomes an ordinary slow-motion shot.
The effect sells on suspended SMALL elements, so the prompt supplies three: the hanging coffee stream, the droplets, the still steam. One frozen person alone just looks paused.
Enhance: keep the arc at 180 degrees. Asking for a full 360 forces the model to invent the never-seen back of every frozen object, which is where it invents wrongly.

Higgsfield Prompt — Bullet-Time Café Moment (Starter)
Banned list —Beat grid —Build method —Self-review —
Bullet Time: a café moment is frozen — a barista mid-pour with the coffee stream hanging in the air, droplets suspended above the cup, a customer caught mid-laugh with one hand raised, steam curls held perfectly still — while the camera arcs 180 degrees around the counter. Time stays frozen for the whole clip; only the camera moves. Crisp daylight, high-shutter-speed clarity.
