Platform notes

• The surrealism is rationed to ONE rule, stated in one plain sentence ('her reflection moves a half-second out of sync'). Runway executes a single impossibility far better than a list of wonders.
• Everything else is locked down — minimalist set, still water, one slow move — because the wrongness only reads as intentional when the rest of the frame is disciplined.
• Enhance: if the reflection syncs up (the model plays safe), strengthen the sentence: 'her reflection raises its arm half a second AFTER she lowers hers' — a concrete offset event beats an abstract instruction.
